Electronic Consent & Order Authorization

Electronic Consent

By creating an account and using THIS PLATFORM, you consent to:

1. Electronic Communications. Receiving all communications from Argix Labs electronically, including: Terms of Service updates, Privacy Policy updates, risk disclosures, trade notifications, system alerts, and marketing communications (with opt-out).
2. Electronic Records. The use of electronic records for all agreements, disclosures, and notices between you and Argix Labs.
3. Electronic Signatures.Your click on “I Agree,” “Create Account,” or similar buttons constituting your legally binding electronic signature.

Order Authorization

1. Submit Trade Orders. Submit buy and sell orders to your connected brokerage account using the API credentials you have provided, based exclusively on the bot logic, strategy parameters, and risk limits you have configured.
2. Automated Execution. Execute these orders automatically, without requiring your manual confirmation for each individual order, 24 hours a day (or during market hours, as applicable), for as long as your bot is deployed and active.
3. Order Types. Submit market orders, limit orders, stop orders, and other order types supported by your broker, as directed by your bot configuration.
4. Position Management. Open, modify, and close positions in your brokerage account as directed by your bot configuration.
5. Risk Limit Enforcement. Enforce risk limits you have configured, which may include automatically closing positions or ceasing trading activity.

Revocation

You may revoke this authorization at any time by:

• Stopping or deleting your bot(s)
• Disconnecting your broker account
• Deleting your Argix Labs account
• Revoking your API keys directly through your broker

Acknowledgments

By authorizing automated order submission, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks of automated trading as described in the Risk Disclosure Statement.
• You are solely responsible for the trading logic your bots implement.
• Argix Labs acts solely as an automation tool and does not review, approve, or recommend any individual trade.
• You have the financial capacity to bear potential losses.
• You will monitor your bots and brokerage account regularly.
